Titane grade 2 est un titane pur qui offre à la fois solidité et élasticité. Facilement soudable, il se caractérise par une excellente résilience et une résistance accrue à la corrosion en milieux très oxydants et moyennement réducteurs. Ce matériau coulable entre souvent dans la fabrication de soupapes et de raccords.
